Job Brief: Upgrade consumer unit to current 18th Edition standards with additional circuits for Campervan Charging point & provision for barn extension in the future. Additionally, add Outdoor Light and Waterproof Switch for Campervan charging area.
We installed 20mm black PVC conduit & 4x IP rated double sockets on a radial circuit running conduit singles.
Additionally we ran in a feed to a new Campervan Charging and earthing feeds for the metal barn structure.
Finished off with a new Consumer Unit from Fusebox with Surge Protection (SPD).
As you can see by the images,… we came across some pretty interesting electrics which were corrected and made safe.
